Hotel Helper is an automated chatbot that selects from published hotel answers. It is not a generative AI service or a live staff member. It cannot see your reservation, check live availability, confirm prices or make a booking. For a personal request or an answer it cannot find, contact the hotel directly.
Chatbot privacy
The conversation stays in your browser tab for up to two hours. If you allow analytics, this website records questions, answer topics, feedback and broad device categories to improve service, using the 30-calendar-day retention window explained in our privacy notice. Please do not enter personal, payment or reservation details.
Assistance through your browser
Compatible browser assistants can use this website’s WebMCP features to read public hotel facts, look up room details, find travel guides and prepare a booking link. These features do not access chatbot logs, administrator accounts or guest records, and cannot reserve, pay or cancel. You complete any booking with the reservation provider. Your browser assistant is a separate service with its own settings and privacy terms.
