Administrator sign-in
Website administration uses the necessary dynasty_offers_admin session cookie for administrator authentication and request security. It is separate from visitor privacy preferences. Administrator sessions time out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Necessary storage
The key redlands_privacy_v1 in this browser’s local storage records your choices and their date for up to 180 days. It contains no name or contact information. You can clear it through your browser settings or change your choices using the footer control.
Hotel Helper conversation
The session storage key redlands_chat_v1 keeps up to 40 messages and the chat window state for up to two hours in this tab. Start over clears the conversation. This supports the chat experience and is not used for analytics or advertising.
Analytics and advertising
Optional first-party chatbot analytics is off until you allow analytics. It records questions, matched topics, feedback and broad device categories. A random identifier in the redlands_chat_metrics session-storage key groups activity within the browser tab. Changing your choice stops future analytics; it does not delete previously recorded logs. Daily logs older than 30 calendar days are removed on the next analytics request or administrator analytics visit. Advertising and external measurement vendors remain inactive. Rejecting analytics leaves chat and booking available.
Global Privacy Control
When your browser signals Global Privacy Control, the advertising choice remains off. You can still choose whether to allow optional analytics.
